Was excited to try this in conjunction with HMB as I’m a 63 year old male doing strength and endurance training. I used it for about 6 weeks and saw results with helping with sarcopenia and appetite control. However shortly after starting it, maybe two weeks, I started having terrible diarrhea. I didn’t make a connection but stopped taking it after suffering for a few weeks and within a few days the diarrhea stopped. I also read this is the most common side effect. I think it’s a good supplement but beware…

Great product

I bought this after reading about its hypertrophy effects on lab rats and also how it increases brown fat and lowers levels of white fat. It’s also suppose to support testosterone production as well as build stronger skeleton bones. I got two bottles. I know the HMB that I got works. I can see the hypertrophy results in the mirror but I’m also working hard at the gym to achieve these goals. I’m 60 years old and sarcopenia really sat in. I think between this, the HMB, my vitamins and all the water I drink and protein I take along with creatine I’ve found the combination for my personal “fountain of youth”. The ursolic acid helps tremendously with appetite control. But it’s sold out.
