It feels better than I expected. Nice and relaxing. Easy to use.

I've been using this at least every other day and afterwards I feel more relaxed and calm than any chill pill could provide. It makes you sweat and gets as hot as a conventional sauna, I think more. If you don't know far infrared benefits, they act kind of like exercise in that they raise your metabolism and you burn calories. They also increase lifespan, remove heavy metals and other toxins from inside your body, are the only thing proven to reverse congestive heart failure, and so much more. Research all the benefits. If you are sedentary like me it's the best thing you can do for your health. I do it watching TV buck naked on my recliner usually 45 minutes to an hour at around 130°. The armhole gives me easy access to the remote control for the device but more importantly the TV remote and my large glass of water. You may need to work up to the time and temperature. Anything hotter than 130 s and the surfaces that aren't touching my skin are too hot to touch when I need to reposition. After I cook for a while the sweat actually drips out the bottom so you may want to put a towel under the lowest part where the sweat drips out. I go in naked and wipe the inside with vinegar water when I'm done. My head sweats plenty even though it's not exposed to the Heat. I forgot to mention if you're prone to getting annoyed or agitated this will make you a nice person for the rest of the day. Make sure your replenish your electrolytes when you're done. If you're into electrolyte replacement drinks that would be beneficial. I just eat something with light salt that contains potassium afterwards and that does the trick.

I am so bummed. I absolutely loved sitting in my blanket even though it isn’t insulated the best and would leave red lines on my legs, but today it malfunctioned and got excessively hot and started to melt and smoke. I had to quickly unplug it and run it out of the house. Now I am without my sauna blanket which sucks because I will attest to it being very relaxing and comforting and helped my arthritis. I am editing my review and upgrading the score. I contacted the company and they are making things right. They stand behind their products and I go to lifepro to find products that help with self care. I have recommended them to friends and I will continue to do so.

I have been wanting a two person sauna for some time as the health and skin benefits are amazing, however, I don’t really have the room for one currently. I purchased this sauna blanket from Lifepro instead and have zero regrets. It does everything a sauna does, without the hefty price tag and taking up lots of room. It’s easy to use and easy to store. I always use one of the liners when I use the blanket so I sweat in it instead of the blanket and that works well. When I’m done, I let the blanket cool, roll it up, and put it back under my bed. If you choose to use the blanket without a liner, the material on the inside is easy to wipe down and clean. It gets very warm inside, so you’ll definitely be sweating. Love that it has the zip up slats for my arms so very little heat escapes. A great buy overall!

Update: I was told that I would receive a full refund for this item because of the injuries it causes (after the return window, that was partly my fault, Amazon is so freaking hard to communicate with and it takes at least an hour and I didn’t have the time) without having to return the item. Luckily I didn’t throw it away, because after talking to them several times and then telling me each time they’d send me the refund, it never happened. The last person I spoke to on the matter told me I needed to return the item then I’d get a refund so he created a return label. So I returned it….got a refund for almost $40 less than I paid. I was like, whatever they’re such a pain to talk to, I don’t have the time. Fast forward 2 months later, I get an email saying that if I do not return the item they’re going to re-charge my card for the full amount. So I reached out to them to tell them the item had already been returned, and the refund they gave me was not the full amount, and since I had them on the line that I would like my full refund. An hour later, they told me they cannot do that because it was a restocking fee, and even though it was an injury case, they don’t have a way to refund me the restocking fee. Ridiculous. This gets extremely hot on the bottom and leaves red welts and burns on everyone. It takes about 30 minutes to start sweating once in it. I tried an affordable steam sauna that didn’t even work first so turned to this. Now it sits in a corner because it hurts to use and makes you feel like you’re about to pass out and recovery takes a good 30 minutes before you feel normal again. Super disappointed.

Not only is this sauna blanket pink and super cute, but it’s also incredibly effective. I originally got it for detox purposes since I don’t have access to a real sauna, but honestly — who even needs a real sauna when you have this? It's amazing for sore, aching muscles or for warming up when I’m freezing. It’s super comfortable, and I love that it has slits for my arms so I can still read or play video games while using it. Plus, it's spacious enough that I can move my legs around, which makes it feel less restrictive than other sauna products I've tried. After 45 minutes, I leave this thing dripping — it works that well. As a healthcare provider, I actually recommend this to my patients who struggle with poor perfusion in their limbs or frequent body aches. It’s been a total game-changer for me, and I couldn’t love it more!

Not impressed. The arm holes seemed so useful, I could read while having a sauna, it was great. Now the zippers are busted after 5 uses, rendering the sauna useless. Both sides have done this and I've been nothing but gentle with the thing. I like my purchases to last. Sadly this broke before I could even pay it off. 😕

The zipper broke and couldn't be fixed. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't pick it up instead asked for boxing labeling and delivery to a pickup point none of which I was able to do. I'm now out $175. Not anywhere near the hassle.
