These are very handy for several uses while dining, both at home and away. They fit in my shirt pocket and are always handy for helping to prepare a Soft Taco from a Molcajete with lots of sliced vegetables, Chicken, Beef, Pork, and Shrimp, or to hold a Jalapeño by the stem while cutting it to share, without getting hot fingers that I might rub my eyes with later. They also help to get the tail of the shrimp.
