I am a (retired medical doctor turned) yogi and have been taking these for over a year. Having tried many other Vit D supplements, I would strongly assert that this is an excellent Vit D3/K2 supplementand my personal favourite in terms of cost-value-quality. The Vit D is sourced from sheep wool (lanolin) and therefore is perfectly ethically aligned with a yogic spiritual lifestyle of non-violence and vegetarianism. It comes with K2 which is so important for correct Vit D3 absorption. I personally double on the recommended dose (ie. I take 2 a day) as I am older and research indicates that 8,000 units daily is arguably a more effective dose given the poor nutritional content of modern foods. Highly recommend.

I’ve only been taking these (one each morning) for about 2 weeks but I noticed my energy level greatly increased almost instantly when I started taking them. I feel like I feel after drinking a strong coffee, my energy is unbelievable now. I’m in my mid 50’s and post menopausal so ensuring I get enough calcium is vitally important for my bones. I chose these as the manufacturer only uses brown rice powder as a filler and none of the other bulking agents nonsense that others use. It does say on the pack that they’re suitable for vegetarians but no mention of being vegan friendly. Another reviewer mentioned the vitamin D comes from lanolin which is extracted from sheep’s wool. The sheep’s not harmed of course but the fact it’s from an animal is why it might not be suitable for vegans. Highly recommended this product and intend to continue purchasing it.

I've struggled with low Vitamin D3 levels for quite some time, and have been taking the tablets the doctor prescribed from the pharmacy but it didn't make a difference in my next blood test. However, in the blood test i had after taking these capsules there was a change, a good change. Me, my 18 year old daughter and my husband we all take it, as there is no taste to it there is no problem in getting them to take these capsules every morning. Moreover, I've purchased it multiple times, and each time it has been delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this Vitamin D3 supplement to anyone struggling with low levels or simply looking to maintain optimal health.
