Update after a year of useI seasoned this skillet 6 times in the oven recently. It takes seasoning very well. This skillet is very good and worth the money.Prior ReviewAfter using this skillet for the last few months, it took a seasoning and became non stick. I was able to slide eggs right out of the pan and cook delicate fish with no problem.Continue to use this pan , and it will get better and better.

Heats up really quickly and cooks food so evenly. I had perfectly carmelized onions in half the time that it took my old skillet. Great product.

Awesome pan - I use it all the time from cooking Salmon to making a Frittata. This is a very versatile pan that goes from stove top to oven. I don't put soap on it just water to clean and then rub with a little olive oil. I love all my Le Creuset pans!

Quality the Bombe. Price good compared to Le Sur, Macy, hah Le Creuset. Do a little dance for Amazon!

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t believe this is worth the money because the weight of the handle does not support the weight of the pan. It is very heavy and as you can see they said it was used not broken or damaged. I paid a discounted price but I’m sending this back.I was just disappointed with that and disappointed in how they packed it up

Love the heat retention of cast iron! I’m new to cast iron but I’ll never go back to any other way of cooking! We have a gas cooktop and always use low or medium low heat and everything turns out perfect with minimal sticking. It seemed odd to cook on low at first, but the pans truly hold the heat and disperse it pretty evenly.

Box was damaged even though product is ok. Wasn’t shipper because external shipping box was ok. Meaning someone shipped it like that knowing it was damaged. Was a Christmas gift so I didn’t have time to exchange. Was embarrassing to give a $250 product that looked like it was returned or purchased from a discount store.
