Prepared with the help of vacuum drying technology, this method allows us to quickly and carefully handle the product without exposing it to high temperatures; because of this feature we are able to keep the shape, taste and all the natural benefits . All of our fruits and berries are harvested by hand, without the use of automated equipment, which can damage plants. They are carefully sorted and washed before undergoing a rigorous quality analysis. Our fruits and berries are then immediately placed in sterile containers, before being put in the dryer.
