How big is the inside? Any pockets?

It has no pockets and there is about an inch and a half separation (width) between the front and back panels. Without a tape measure my best guess is that at it's highest, where the bow is, maybe six inches. Where the peacocks head pokes out, between 2 1/2 to 3 inches. What I can squeeze in there is a fairly large grapefruit - if that helps. ^_^
