The best cacao powder I’ve tried and the cost is good. I use this in place of cocoa powder. I make smoothies, puddings and cookies all the time. I love that it is caffeine free. I have a delicate stomach and this does not cause any issues.

First time trying carob powder and I like it. It has a nutty flavor and works well as a substitute for hot cocoa minus the caffine. The powder is very fine and mixes well. For those who are concerned about the prop 65 warning it's due to acrylamide which is a natural substance that forms when food or plant substances are roasted or cooked to crisp (example french fries). No real harm unless ingested in large quantities.

I bought this in order to make some carob brownies, which came out great and denser than I expected. Lots of flavor in small brownie. I will look for more recipes to use this.

Excellent product!

Purchased to bake for someone with a chocolate allergy. Have made brownies and chocolate cake. Works great. Amazon seriously needs to stop using fragranced packaging though. It is highly toxic to both people and pets, and it ruins the product because the stink never comes out. It is especially gross for food products and packaging to stink like air freshener.
