Great matt
Great quality thick matt, very good at protecting your joints. Kneeling on this is painless. The quality is very good and it even comes with a storage bag and strap. It is expensive but it is so much better than a normal thin matt. I don't use this for exercising as the thickness can affect balance but it is perfect for yoga, stretching and meditation.

Reasonable soft and sturdy for exercising on floor
1.5cm is sufficient padding one under 70kg would need for exercising on a floor. I appreciate everything about this product, including what seemed to be an excessive length. My only regret is that I ordered the narrow version instead of 80cm version.

No pain no gain
After month in lockdown and with the gym still closed we decided to do a little fitness at home. The mat is very good and soft until now very satisfied
