What is the weight limit for these bases?

I have no idea of the weight. but our cakes were 3 tier 2-3 inches each tier and very dense. They are very sturdy.

Can a fountain fix under cake pillar

The tallest pillars are 12” tall so if your fountain is 11” or shorter it would fit height wise. Anything taller than that I would say no.
