This is perfect for a indoor Low Country Boil.

Do not have a perfect fitting pot but we use it mainly for poaching shrimp and blanching vegetables, on that note everything goes quite a bit more smoothly.

Handles slide down and basket goes to the bottom of a 20 qt stainless pot allowing the vented glass lid to close completely. Once lid is off handles slide up allowing basket to be withdrawn without touching the boiled water. Works great for boils & pasta. 16 qt pot won't allow for glass vented lid coverage, but extended handles will remain above boiling water the entire time.

This pot is absolutely tiny. Extremely misleading photo. Returned the second I received it.
