**Amazing Versatile Welder!**
I recently purchased the YesWelder MP-200 5-in-1, and my first impressions are very positive. Despite its small size, it feels sturdy and looks fantastic with its color scheme. It's also impressively lightweight, making it easy to transport. In terms of performance, the plasma cutter and stick welding functions are flawless—I've had no issues whatsoever. While I'm still waiting to get gas to try out the MIG function, I have no plans to use the flux core option at the moment. One of the standout features of this welder is how easy it is to switch between modes. YesWelder even included a helpful chart to remind you where to place the grounding clamp and other settings, which is a nice touch. I also appreciate the shield for the screen and its overall portability. For the price, this welder is an excellent value. It's a great piece of equipment with no complaints from me. Additionally, the company itself is fantastic—they respond quickly and were incredibly helpful with my questions. Overall, I highly recommend the YesWelder MP-200 5-in-1. It's a versatile, well-built welder that delivers great performance across its functions.

It works great! (From an amateur's perspective)
I welded for the first time since I was 5... ~40 years later... I'm an expert at having no idea what I'm doing. The equipment is great as far as I can tell. The automation and ease of settings is straight forward. The graphic on the display is a little incorrect, it shows the spool feeding overhand/clockwise when it should be from the bottom/CCW... But the manual and YouTube video covered that. Only done MIG/ flux so far. Would be nice to have a 1/2 box wrench to switch the polarity bus bar. I lost the screw inside. Found it. Don't try a Phillip's unless you have a #3. The unit should be laying on it's side when you take those screws out .. I also got the Yeswelder helmet, 'guest helmet' (goggles with the face shield), gloves... and the pliers are on order. Leather jacket was a generic since I'm 6'3 and the sizing just wasn't clear at all. Add in some flux core... I already fixed that broken patio table! All in all, I still feel this is a smart decision. Too bad it doesn't come with an instructor! Ha!

This thing is pretty darn neat!!! Worth it!!!
I don't have any negatives to say about it. Quality is good for the money. It's compact and easy to move around when needed. Welds great on all processes, and cuts beautifully. I am a welder fabricator by trade, and I got this for around the house and to teach my kids how to weld and they love it so I approve of this product.

I love mine
Best purchase I have made in a very long time. Works exactly as stated and does a fine job at that. It’s super light weight; the set up and ease of use makes it great for even beginners.

Awesome little welder!!!!
(1 year update) This welder has performed flawlessly. I have expanded its use beyond auto restoration. MiG is awesome welds 5/8 plate no problem. Primarily bought for mig and plasma cutter will cut 1/2” but takes a few passes with the torch 3/8 is no issue. I do think as others have said its specs are over rated. Still have not used tig. Flux core is well ….. flux core not as pretty bud for a field repair it works. Purchase mainly for use in restoring a 76 ford truck. It has done well for body work and spot welding. I use .023 wire with the yes welder .023 roller. This machine does not have parameters for .023 but it weld nicely with it. Plasma cutter has been great cutting the frame for repair and removing rusted sheet metal. Ground clamp sucks I did upgrade it, no issues now. 12 bucks. Not sure i will ever use tig as it requires argon and the cost for a tank vs my need for tig is just not there at this time. Great machine very pleased 1 yr later

Great 5-process welder
Very nice portable welder. Provides 5 processes, all work as advertised. The welder adjusts amperage and wire feed speed based on metal size that you enter. There are a ton of videos available, both from the manufacturer, and from users, that explain operation of the welder. I had an excellent experience working with YesWelder for a small warranty issue. YesWelder was quick to reply to my email, and worked with me to troubleshoot the problem, find a solution, and deliver the needed correction. A great welder, and a great experience all around.
