If you know what I mean in the title, then you want to get these. I got them for my packers at work and they love them.

Does not fit the 3" wrap that I use
Looks like it could be a good handle, but the size isn't right. - I use this wrap https://a.co/d/eemvTdm which has an Inner Diameter about 3.005" - The diameter of the yellow part varies from 2.910" at the tip to 2.990" close to the handle.

Does not work as intended.
It's slightly smaller than a 3" core, causing it to shift inside the core and making you apply the hand brake. Poor design.

Perfect for Harbor Freight stretch wrap rolls
Looked for a reasonably priced set of these rollers for awhile. They fit 3" tubes which are the same as the stretch wrap at harbor freight, both the long and short sections. The handles are slightly soft that allows you to stop the rolling motion and stretch the wrap around the item you're packing. Two of these is totally worth it for the price.
