My daughter is typically in 12-18 month, for reference shes 24 lbs & 29 inches. This was a bit too snug with no stretch at all and makes the buttons pull, so make sure you check size guide and probably size up. Otherwise it’s a really cute dress.

Great quality and so cute! I did cut out the second shoulder ruffle because it looked like too much to me.
