Disappointed
Short battery life (not even 48 hours) and not pairing with iPhone.. Couldn't be worst!

This is my first smartwatch. Maybe my expectations are set too high, but I can't see how anyone would want to use this. Battery life is very poor, it doesn't even last half a day. Last night I charged it 100% before sleep and it was already dead in the morning when I woke up. The 4G/LTE doesn't work. It keeps complaining it can't connect to internet, while clearly it is connected. The Google Assistant doesn't work most of the time. It sometimes work when you press to talk, but often complains about connection. "Hey Google" command doesn't work - it shows an error when you say it. It seems like this is an unfinished product and should never be sold. I'll be returning mine. Maybe next year smartwatches will actually be usable.

A great watch that has been working great with over 10 months of daily use. When paired with an android phone using the galaxy wearable app it provides some great customisation to personalise it to your needs. It appears to be incredibly hard wearing and does not scratch easily but if that is a concern you can find screen protectors and watch covers fairly easily that add an extra layer of protection. The strap is super comfortable and is holding up surprisingly well and despite being knocked and caught on things multiple times still appears to be in perfect condition. Battery life feels great and depending on your use case can last for multiple days on one charge. WOuld happily recommend!

I don't have anything bad to say about the galaxy watch 5. Battery life is excellent easily 2 days or more between charging depending on usage. I use it to make and receive calls to reply to messages and texts . I track my sleep my walking. Everything does what it should

No difference from watch 4 from a usage stand point and a performance one, which is why I didn't go for the watch 5 pro. Both watches use the same CPU and ram / memory not sure about storage speeds but it's the same amount on both, literally the same as the watch 4 internally about from a few extra minutes more of battery and a temperature sensor, from my testing the transfer speeds of music over wifi felt slower, some good news is you can use you're old watch 4 straps and even charger with the watch 5, even down to the screen protectors assuming you had the 44mm model of the watch 4 before... The straps I'm holding are what you get with the blue model of the watch, kind of baby blue, you can see I swapped them out for navy blue which looks much better in my opinion. Let's hope we get some more updates to make more reason to have upgraded otherwise you should literally stick with the watch 4 Also there's no small strap, only large is included, I didn't realise till after I got the watch price I pay for being a... early adopter. Edit one week in : I've found the only accessory charging bracket holder "B07T8FLVK5" for the watch 4 doesn't hold the new charging dock that comes with the watch 5, it's a different size, thought that was worth pointing out. it's had a software update for GPS, though I've seen no change in GPS recoding other than it still misses parts of my run in the beginning. Still have to leave the workouts window open, for a minute or two for it to grab the GPS, otherwise it does it in the middle of the run, as you can see from an attached screen shot, the indicator for GPS still blinks green but that doesn't mean it has a GPS lock, you literally still have no idea if there's a GPS lock or not...

I've bought this watch on a warehouse deal, used in good condition. I was worried about the quality and condition because it wasn't 'Very Good' condition. But it lookes like a new watch. Great value for the price. Works for 1 and half days with one charge.
