A very good product if you don't eat a lot of small fish. The K2 and D3 help with calcium placement in the body. Certain fish are good for the diet because of their high omega-3 fatty acid content and lower levels of mercury. I have upped my diet to include the fish from the acronym "SMASH": Salmon, Mackerel, Anchovies, Sardines, and Herring. I use the Wiley's Fish Oil supplement when I feel I am not consuming enough of the small fish in my diet (I prefer food instead of pills). Wiley's claims to use Wild Caught Alaskan fish for their product, which is why I purchase their products.

I feel great when I take these, and no unpleasant side effects. I feel more relaxed, and I feel like I can process more information, in a short amount of time. I definitely will re-purchase these.I also think that it helps with heart palpitations.A bonus- it does great things for hair and skin.

I have never found one pill that has K2 MenaQ7 (MK-7) Vitamin D3 which supports your body's ability to use bone-building nutrients, such as proteins and calcium, more effectively. Vitamin D3, and EPA + DHA Omega-3s from Fish Oil work together to support heart and circulatory health. WINNER!

For some reason these keep me regular and also extra weight off. I am not sure if they keep me feeling a little fuller but I appreciate that because I was going to the gym and stopped but kept loosing a few pounds. Never had taken them before. I’m in my mid 30’s & Originally I bought them for women’s health purposes bone support. Of course it’s better if you take these with food.

I've taken a variety of fish oils over the years, Wiley's emerges as one of the best in my mind. I don't have documented proof, but the oil content, addition of vitamin K2 and the smaller sized capsules alone puts them in the top tier.
