Nice and hot
Popped these in the microwave to add to bags I had to keep food warm for an event. Worked great and kept food to the correct temperature.

Seem good quality, but had a chemical smell, had to wash in soapy water
Would give it 5 stars, but they had a chemical smell that got on my hands. So had to wash them in bucket of soapy water, that seemed to help.

Versatile... Can be Hot OR Cold
My favorite thing about these gelpacks is the fact that they can be used for hot therapy or cold therapy.HOT:If you want to use these as as a hot pack you can prepare them 1 of 2 ways. You can either boil them for approximately 2 minutes or you can microwave them. Make sure you follow the back of the packs for instructions if you intend on microwaving them.COLD:If you want these to be used as an ice pack you can either store them in the freezer for emergencies or whenever you need them in a pinch or you can put them in the freezer an hour ahead of time. These look and feel pretty durable. I feel like they will hold up with a fair amount of use as long as you don't puncture them with anything.I like the different sizes they come in and I like that they are flexible and can be molded to any size or shape of the body. The price is not bad at all either.

Always good to have a few of these on hand
I find that it is a good idea to have several ice packs on hand at any given time. You never know what injury might occur because if it is over a wider area, it sure is nice to have two ice packs to cover the area or even better, after using one for 20 minutes on, sometimes 20 minutes back in the freezer isn't enough time to make it completely frozen so it is good to have another one ready to go, that is already completely frozen. I like the variety of sizes and am happy to keep these in the freezer so we will be well-prepared the next time someone in the family gets injured. There have been times when something awful happens and I run to the fridge to get an ice pack and it just isn't there for some reason...that is never a good moment!
