Just what I needed
It was larger than I imagined. It looks like it will do the job though, with the smaller spaces to get in the newborn fish can hide from the larger ones. The beta fish specially show interest in the ball. The female betta, Violet is actually able to get in through one of the larger spaces. I think it looks aesthetically pleasing how it floats up top. It held down by a small tile and a clear string.
