Heavy-duty metal frames and good Prizm lenses (cheaper alternative to polarized-lenses)
I like them - they are all black rounded aviator-like frames and lenses. And they don’t feel cheap at all - good heft to them. These are replacing my old Oakley Plaintiffs. That’s a huge step up, yes, but I wear Spy as well. I like the styles Oakley makes though, so I picked these up. To talk about the Prizm lenses and their effect - it’s noticeably NOT polarized, and no one should expect them to be. Prizm is different but not at all bad in comparison to polarized lenses. In full sunlight outside, it definitely helps contrast darker colors and edges. To describe it from my unique-visual experience; everything looks a slightly bit reddish-brown. Shadows are darker. So in overcast skies, it was a bit too dark for my liking. But in full sun, I have no complaints - everything appears clear and I have no glare/strain from the bright light of the day. Everyone’s eyes are different, so take this with a grain of salt 😎 That said, I have yet to get sweaty in them and see how well they hold up to a sweaty bald head - I imagine they’ll slip off, but there are grippy ear-slip pads, which don’t seem more than standard. In comparison to Spy’s “happy lenses technology,” Prizm is far superior (sorry Spy!). I was wearing Spy Montana frames with “happy lenses” and will now never go back…

Great shades!
Awesome set of sunglasses for the price. They are real Oakleys and fit as such. Nice construction and quality materials. They are Prizm lenses but they are NOT polarized! This may be a pro or con to certain people but the color quality of prism lenses is there with standard UV protection but lacking the added comfort of polarized lenses.

Best "Aviator" Sunglasses
I have always been a fan of Ray-Ban sunglasses, but my last two pair - Aviator and Predator 2 - didn't seem to hold up as well as I would have liked. I was searching for a replacement when I happened upon the Oakley OO4060-10 Crosshair 2012. In my opinion, these are the best "Aviator" style sunglasses I have ever worn. They are a perfect marriage of the classic Aviator style with modern construction and materials. The lenses provide the sharpest visual clarity I have experienced in a pair of sunglasses, and the fit and comfort are also top-notch. If you are considering Aviator-style sunglasses, you owe it to yourself to try these!

Genuine product at a great price
I purchased my fantastic pair of Oakley sunglasses from NY Fashion LTD. (Fulfilled by Amazon) and could not be any happier. These glasses are not only polarized but has the high definition optics (HDO). Everything is now much more vivid/cleaner/clearer even on a cloudy day. These replaced an older pair that I purchased from a store and even though the box stated 'made in China" these are the same quality as my last pair which again I must state had been purchased in a retail sunglasses store - they are the same. I can't say what others have ordered/received however if you look into Oakley as a company they clearly state the following 'IS OAKLEY EYEWEAR MADE IN THE U.S.A? All Oakley eyewear is designed and engineered in California and it has been that way since 1975. In addition to manufacturing at Oakley's interplanetary headquarters in Foothill Ranch, California, some eyewear components and finished products are also manufactured in facilities owned and operated by our parent company, Luxottica Group, or by select 3 supply partners around the world."

Anothsr great product
I would rate 5 stars if only the product didn't look like it was worn. It had smudges on the inside of the lens. Other than that, it's perfect. I tried it once at oakley store and it fits my face. It's very nice and lightweight. I have different styles of oakley glasses and I thought this would be another great addition to have. Although I was told that the gets bend somewhat easily but, as long as it isn't bent to the extreme, you could fix it and bend it back into shape which the sales manager demonstrated. I think It's a little unique compare to other sunglasses of this type from a design standpoint. I know I have black iridium polarized glasses but, I like the color, but, also the fact that it's one of glasses that filters out a good portion of sunlight. Some people mention a glare to it, we'll see in time....

Can't go wrong with Oakley
Lost a previous pair of nice sunglasses, so after breaking a couple pairs of cheapo gas-station ones, I decided to buy a nice pair again. Initially, I looked at Ray Ban becuase of their updated twist on a classic style, but actually found these Oakley Crosshairs to be overall better looking and more comfortable on my face. The lens and frame designs are great, with great proportions and weight balance throughout. The only thing I would change would be the flair-out section of the ear piece, but it is pretty easy to overlook unless it is pointed out to you. The black iridium lens color is great in the summer sun and the polarized lenses are awesome at reducing glare, while not messing with the viewing of electronics screens, which can be a problem with some cheaper lenses. I was also surprised at how light they were, since they do appear to be a bit bulky, but once they were on, I could barely notice them, which says alot considering my last pair of shades were super-light Silhouettes. I would definitely recommend these sunglasses.

Best Sunglasses I've Owned in a Long Time....
Awesome sunglasses. Love everything about these, the fit, the style, nice dark lenses. Get lots of compliments on them. I really like the way they look and fit, they have a little bit of an aviator style to them, but they fit much tighter to your face due to the curve of the lenses. This tighter fit really helps with the light leaking in from the sides that you get with the traditional Top Gun looking aviators. 5 Stars for sure, might shop for another pair in a different frame and lens color.
