I bought this tiny clear connector with absolutely zero expectations, and somehow it has completely changed my relationship with my office phone. I also love that it is clear, because now I can stare at the tiny gold contacts inside and pretend I understand how technology works. Very grounding. Very humbling. Call quality is crystal clear, the cord behaves, and my phone no longer sounds like it is calling from the bottom of a lake. Ten out of ten. Would absolutely buy again if I ever lose this one in the mysterious drawer where all small office items go to disappear forever. I have unplugged my phone cord wire a million times at work to straighten it out because it gets so tangled that I can't even barely answer the phone anymore. My last cord ended up snapping the plastic piece because I had to keep constantly taking it out. After purchasing a new coil cord I wanted to make sure that it didn't keep twisting up so tight and this thing is the perfect fix very inexpensive very useful works great!

Absolutely solved my problem with tangled cord!! A tiny problem huge relief!

They work great for a month or so and then they wear out so you have to fiddle with the cord or the phone cracks and cuts out. I still use them but I often have to re order more.

I bought this for my office phone that would frequently get so tangled that whenever I would try to answer the phone it would get violently jerked off of the desk and unplug in the process…..i havent had a single incident since purchasing this product. Also have no complaints about any static or hearing troubles that some reviews have written about. Highly recommend!

Bought these for work phones to keep cords from tangling. Worked fine for about a month. We are just over a month past installing these & I am having to remove them from the phones due to the fact the receiver keeps cutting in & out making it impossible to have a complete conversation without missing something the person is saying on the other end of the line. Once I remove this cord, the caller is loud & clear. Truth be told, I guess you get what you pay for & I went for a little cheaper option of cord, but it certainly was a waste of money. If you need a cord detangler, I suggest spending a bit more money & getting one that is more quality than this one.

This product works really great but has an expiration date. We have a Cisco phone system in the office and I was notorious for tangling the heck out of my cord. I've been using these swivel adapters for about a year. They work great but after 2 months, they begin to give connectivity issues and a decent amount of static. A fair review is yes, the product works incredibly well with keeping a cord straight and looking brand new but the performance falls after an average of 2 months and needs to be replaced. This is with heavy daily use in my experience. If you're using less, you might get more time out of it but at the very low price, it's no biggie. All I suggest is buying a handful for the year. Not that bad of a product but it's lacking quality with longevity. You get what you pay for

Good quality for price, length fine and plug is tight fit. How have we only just discovered these? Don't know how he did it, but ruined multiple phone leads with incessant twisting so keep having to replace them with new. Driven me mad. Tried this solution and so far its perfect. He looks in amazment at the untwisted cord. So excited, no more nagging or rows. Sound and calls not affected so far. Great little gadget, much appreciated.
