I ordered this twice and both times, the box has had no safety seal on the bottom or on the jar itself. Has anyone else had this problem?

No, I actually bought this item in Marshall’s for 12.99 and they were all sealed ( I bought 4) . I use this product twice a day and have seen a difference in the jaw line.

Does it really firm skin?

I've been using it for about two weeks. My skin feels moisturized and some fine lines are gone. I can't really say it is "lifted". Perhaps in another two weeks, I will see more results.
