The shorts are made very well. There is actually no comparison to Dockers cargo shorts because this fabric quality is so much better. It’s thicker, or heavier, and they fit better. The price is simply amazing. The color selection is good and the colors are true to the ads. And they don’t need to be ironed!

They are very comfortable and fit very nicely. Plenty of pockets as advertised and they are all functional.

Shorts are comfortable and soft. They fit just right. Belt loops are extra big and fit the wider belt I use, which was a bonus for me. The pockets are adequately deep, but not as deep as some shorts I've had. The two front cargo pockets each have two buttons to secure contents. Shorts I've had in the past use velcro. The buttons are ok and definitely provide better security. But buttons are covered by a flap (thus not seen in photos), and with two buttons, it can take a moment to undo the buttons to access the pocket.

The fit is great and looks good. Lots of pockets to carry things.

These Amazon Essentials cargo shorts are exactly what I was looking for — comfortable, practical, and affordable. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair in a different color.They fit great, have just the right amount of pocket space without feeling bulky, and hold up well after washing. Perfect for casual wear, working outside, or just living in them all summer.Nothing fancy — just solid, dependable shorts that check all the boxes. Would 100% buy again (and probably will).

Love these shorts. Very comfortable and fit VERY true to size. The best feature is the way the buttons keep the pockets closed, very secure.

They fit properly and are very nice. What I don't like about them are the back pockets. They have a flap with a button so carrying my wallet in either of those pockets is a pain. They're hard to rebutton. In my opinion they'd be much better if they didn't have the flap. Also, the cargo pocket has too many buttons that make it difficult to use.

Wow! I love these shorts! From little touches like the wide elastic expandable anti-roll waist to the thick fabric they are great all the way around. Unlike another brand I bought the kangaroo pockets fit a large phone upright, not just sideways. You can wash them on warm! I hate velcro pockets because everything but the pocket sticks to them and this has buttons. I hope they last. The fit in the waist is maybe an inch tight but the elastic works well and In am sure over time that will fit better.
