Easy to put together,great value for money very comfortable with easy moveable back. Well made i would highly recommend this product and it looks better than the big chairs. The stool is at the right height also.

Great chairs, easy to assemble and very comfortable, they look the part, brilliant.

Considering the price against a typical lounge chair, this is very comfy for the price. Personally, I find the material (fabric version, not leather) a bit itchy, however I have sensory issues and so this probably won't affect many people and I've over come it by using a cover. Putting this together was fairly straight forward, however some of the holes for the bolts don't line up perfectly, meaning some force was used to help line up the holes and being extra careful to screw the bolts in correctly was necessary. This seems to be typical of any item in this price point but something to be aware of if you're not used to putting together items you buy. The box this arrived in was damaged but had no impact on the main product. However, one of the blister packs that holds the bolts in was broken and one bolt was missing. Luckily this bolt was found, however I had already contacted the seller and they were happy to send out a replacement bolt free of charge if I couldn't find it. Their responses were quick and communication was easy. The chair itself (and foot stool) are nice and sturdy. I can wriggle into whatever position I want to get comfortable and the chair doesn't ever feel unstable, even in the furthest reclined position. Only removed 1 star for the slight difficulty in putting together, the damaged packaging on arrival (perhaps could do with more padding in the box?) and as a personal issue the material being slightly itchy/uncomfortable. Otherwise I'm very happy with the chair and thing it is worth the money.

I ordered this chair with no great expectations based on the price and some of the other reviews but having had it a month now I am absolutely delighted. I bought the grey material chair with footstool. It wasn't too hard to assemble and is very comfortable. Time will tell regarding the durability but considering you could buy 5 of these for the price of some of the "better" makes I don't think it's going to be a problem. All in all I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought two. Both were a challenge to assemble. If sit straight no problem but unstable if lean at all.

Chair is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE made from cheap interior or defective material as stated in a full report from a furniture repairer. We have only had this chair for 4 months before material started to blister and the plastic delaminating. Blisswood says it is wear and tear so if that's the case that a chair fulling apart after 4 months says to me that it is not of merchable quality. They will not refund after 30 days and keep offering rediculas refunds like 35% and a repair patch. Don't buy from this seller who to me is selling cheap Chinese Tat and branding as there own brand. They are laughing at me as if there's nothing I can do. So under the Consumer Rights 2015 I can take action so I am taking them to the Small claims court. They have addmitted that the chair will only last 4 months by saying its wear and tear and offering a part refund. Most of the reviews are done before the 30 day refund. Finally refunded in full push the report seller button and Amazon will help you. You have the your rights under the Cosumer Rights 2015, you can get your money back don't except part payments. The small claims court and is a simple process and cost £35 and you have six years to do so.
