I had no issues with this item, and enjoy using it.

I have tried on three different occasions to have the proper product shipped and failed. The last purchase again failed to meet expectations. I even have tried to return product but your manufacturer failed to respond.This product is not or not the proper product. I would like to suggest that amazon ship me a package of all items involved.
