Good built quality & fully featured e-bike that delivers for the price!
My wife and I both love cycling and we have manual bikes. Never gave a thought about e-bikes ever unless recently I got a 2-scooter that is so convenient to ride and use. Hence, decided to try a battery bike as well for myself. Just like the scooter, I like how easy it makes it to go for long rides. My detailed comments are below after using it for a week and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an e-bike in this price range. My 2 cents are below: Pros:- This bike ride is very smooth overall. It handles well in bumps as well because of the front suspensions- Has 3 modes to ride the bike - ebike, assisted bicycle & normal bike.- Shimano 21-speed transmission system in form of gears and that should satisfy all the needs for any terrain of biking - Has a maximum speed of around 20MPH. I am not sure about you but riding a bike over 15MPH is something my wife and I both don't prefer for safety reasons and hence it delivers as per our needs. It has a 350W high-power motor and immediately catches the speed on pressing the trigger- 36V battery gives around 20.5 miles range on a full charge when it is fully electric mode and it is more than enough for any home or basic use. It can go around 37.3 miles in the least level of assisted mode- Digital HD led display is very fancy and intuitive but I wish it was colored - Front suspension is lockable as well to suit your needs- Has disc brake in both from and rear wheels. It worked great overall for sudden and usual brakes while riding it - Buttons for horn/headlight are very accessible being under the display facing your side. It is very easy to control even while riding - Central b/w display visibility is nice even in sunlight. The screen is very bright and has no issues in reading values even in bright light - Headlight LEDs are bright enough for night rides as well. We usually tend to ride in the evening or when it is about to get dark and hence we liked this - Overall this e-bike looks fancy and targets youth customers. It would be a great choice for anyone in the '30s- Even tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now- Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle- It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area. It charged from zero to full in around 5 hours and I found it to be true to what the manufacturer claims - Battery compartment is removable and is IP54 waterproof - Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all - Bike comes in big packaging with most of the assembly already in place. Just had to fit some parts and screw them up. It was overall an easy assembly but sometimes you may need 2nd hand to get it done easily, especially for hooking the front wheel- Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use, however, there is a con as mentioned in the 2nd section - Manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the bike- Has multiple (4 to be precise) color options to choose from - Very reasonably priced in this category of product and it is a bank for the bucks Cons:- I wish this bike had a bike lock inbuilt, preferably an electronic one just like how you have in motorbikes for that convenience to take it anywhere- I really wish it had rear fenders for dirt protection and a rack to keep something. This bike is made for mountain biking and so mud or water coming on the rear body of the rider is not a very appealing thing - Taillight is just a reflector and not a brake-operated electric light. When the battery exists with 2 disc brakes in the bike, then the tail light should have been included in this bike- There is a wire going very next to the front tire and it touches the tire sometimes on sharp turns. I had to put a cable tie and wrap it properly so that it remains far away from the tires in any situations- There are no assembly instructions included in the manual that comes along with the bike-Height of the seat is adjustable but there is a limit. For example, my wife with 5 feet of height barely was able to make it to the ground with the lowest seat setting. However, the manufacturer has clearly stated this in one of their listing pictures

Updated after seller replaced battery - Consider not buying a cheapest in class ebike.
Update on May 6, 2022. The seller has been responsive about offering a replacement battery which has arrived, and appears to now let the bike work as designed, as I just completed a 5-mile ride on the new battery in pretty hilly terrain and finished with 4 bars left on the battery. The initial damage prevents this from being a five-star experience, but the customer service does make this pretty good value. The bike handles pretty well, taking significant bumps (I have a railroad crossing near me) without drama. The assist is enough to get my out of shape 250lbs self up all but the steepest hills without drama. I do live on a massive hill that is a bit too much right now, but I'm sure getting more miles in will help my legs do their part. The brakes are perfectly functional, but not super confidence inspiring, so I'll probably be making a weekend trip down to my local bike shop for an upgrade. Probably not a big deal if you aren't dealing with large hills. One other minor downside I'll mention is that the bike frame doesn't have a lot of space for attaching accessories to the frame, so you'll probably want a rack/basket if you're using this for utilitarian trips. I suspect this is down to the relatively lightweight design for an ebike that seeks to minimize materials, so it's understandable. All in all, this bike is now living up to my expectations and seems to be a solid value.------End update---------I really wanted to like this bike, and will update after dealing with the hassle of having to return an entire bike over what I'm pretty sure is a defective battery. The bike came mostly in good shape, though some of the plastic clips which attach the battery were broken. Despite this, the battery seems to click into place, though it was so hard to remove that it was tough to tell if the lock works or not. Assembly was pretty easy. The front brake caliper required some adjustment but other than that it went together well. The initial charge indicated that the battery was fully charged after just 15-20 minutes. I went out for a short ride and all was well. I took it out a couple days later after topping up, primarily using a mix of assist levels and a bit of throttle on relatively flat terrain and it died after about 4 miles right before getting to the big hill. I took it out again a few days later after another full recharge, going a bit easier on the assist, and it didn't even get as far as the first ride before the battery totally died before despite still showing 4/5 bars on the power meter. Now about a week later after not taking it out due to a cold, it refuses to turn on despite the charger indicating that the bike is fully charged. I've tried reseating the battery, powering it on and off, but nothing. I suspect whatever happened in shipping that broke the clips on the battery may have caused more serious damage inside. The topper for this is that there is no support option to just replace the battery. Not having a warehouse to store large boxes, I also can't simply return the bike for a refund since I don't have packaging to fit it in. This means that I now have to try another one and hope I don't have the same issues. I suppose this is acceptable financially, but the hassle (and environmental impact) of having of having to exchange a whole bike for a bad battery has left a really sour taste in my mouth. To the extent that the bike worked, it was enjoyable. I'm now just kind of wishing I had just bought a better e-bike to begin with instead of cheaping out on something like this.

Breaks were a bit faulty, but easy to replace, and otherwise amazing to use
I am a college student living off campus and used this bike to commute with around a 5 minute ride to and from. I put 683 miles on the bike during my time using it.The bike was easy to assemble and very sturdy. From a quality standpoint, everthing was fine except for the breaks. The breaks would often come loose, and deteriorate very rapidly. It was easy to fix on my own using some basic tools, but they would come loose again after not much use. I ended up having to get the breaks replaced for around $90, and the new ones worked fine.Aside from that one issue, the bike works great. In warm weather, a full charge would last me 4-5 days of use. Do note, that in colder weather, the battery life more rapidly deteriorates, lasting 2-3 days or less depending on how cold it gets. The bike is easily able to handle rain (if you are fine getting wet) and while I never drove it thourgh deep snow, it was able to handle <1 inch just fine. The bike was reliable getting me to where I needed when I needed. While the breaks were annoying to deal with, adding a $90 repair to an already (relativley) cheap product seemed fine for me. I am giving it four stars because of the breaking issue, but no less considering how affordable the bike is. I would highly recommend this to people looking to save money, but for someone who can afford it I would also recommend considering some higher quality options.[If you plan to go through with a purchase -- for those who live in cold climates, I highly recommend getting windproof gloves and a fully covering face mask. And for those who live in rainy areas, I recommend investing in a rear fender to prevent splashing on your back]

Great value with lots of features
I rode a friend’s electric bike a few months ago and absolutely loved it but she paid close to $2,000 and that was too much for me. I kept wanting one and after looking at the features and reviews for this bike, decided to take a chance. The bike arrived in a single cardboard box and was well packed with lots of foam padding and zip ties to keep parts from flopping around. After removing all the packaging, I was left with about six or seven parts to assemble and a bag of included tools. One thing I wish they would have included in the instruction manual is actual assembly instructions but I’m pretty good at putting things together and it’s pretty obvious. There weren’t any parts I looked at wondering where or how to attach them. Just for fun, I started a stopwatch and put the bike together at a casual pace. Total time was 23 minutes and that included putting the handlebars on backwards and having to take them off and put them back on the right way. I literally got on the bike and started pedaling around right away. I then spent another 10 minutes carefully going over everything just to make sure things were aligned and tight.Next, I plugged in the charger and walked away to do some errands. I think the manual says it takes five hours to charge from empty but it was full after less than three hours.I was ready to give it a full test on the street. This bike is a lot less expensive than my friend’s bike so I had little doubt it would ride just fine but thought maybe it wouldn’t feel as solid or be as peppy when using the electric part. I was wrong. There are three speeds to the power portion and you can really feel it! At each speed it seems to sense how much you’re pedaling first, and then it kicks in with extra boost. It keeps supplying power after you stop pedaling but then again senses if you’re slowing down and the power stops. I had just as big a grin on my face as when I rode my friend’s bike. The real surprise that I wasn’t expecting is there’s actually a throttle on the right hand grip and you can supply power by turning it. You don’t even have to pedal.A small but very visible computer screen shows you what power level you’re using, how much battery power is left, your speed, odometer, time, and some other info that I haven’t yet figured out. Other features I really like are a headlight, horn, and this might not seem like a big deal but a nice little kickstand. It also has front shocks with a dial you can turn to lock it and turn it into a fixed fork.I’m trying to think of things I don’t like but I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a good looking bike and full featured and you can’t beat the price for what you get in return. Literally everything is included to put it together (I did use my own adjustable wrench to remove a temporary rod installed in the front fork). The manual is the weak part with maybe two illustrations and ten pages of safety warnings. I would have liked assembly instructions with a focus on how to make sure everything is perfectly aligned and secured and some more info about the onboard computer but I’m not going to ride the manual, so not a deal breaker.

Fun Affordable Fast
For an entry level eBike, this is well made and a lot of fun. These eBikes do not handle like a bicycle, so it takes some practice because of the instant power, which can be dangerous, so be careful. I’m an experienced biker and almost crashed a couple times in traffic. Learn in a safe, open space. The battery is almost impossible to get out, but that’s the only engineering flaw.Overall excellent bike if price is more important than style. I did some shopping around and no one could really explain why some $12,000.00 eBikes are that much better than one for $369.00.
