This cleverly designed product replaced my standard-size electric warming tray, which was so heavy and bulky I rarely pulled it out. A friend recommended this lightweight, compact design because it easily heats a couple of pots or serving pieces, then folds neatly in half for storage. It can also be connected to a second unit for more heating surface, which she's done. Cleans easily - I just wipe it off after each use so food stains don't bake into the surface. All in all, a good purchase. And I was able to give away the big old one.

So I have a granite countertop and every year during the Holidays, as I wait for all the dishes to arrive from family, as well as what I'm cooking on the stove to finish, the things I sit on the counter, on a pot holder, always gets cold. I found these on Amazon decided to give them a try. We connected three sets of them and had Le Cruset' pots, ceramic bowls, and stainless pots, one on each pad, and set it to high....the food stayed the perfect temperature! I bought the black and they weren't an eye sore as I expected. All pots were slightly larger, so you didn't even see them. After dinner and dessert, as I went to clean up, I forgot we had left them on. Everything was still hot! After they cooed, they we so easy to clean, just wiped with a damp cloth. I really didn't expect these to be so awesome. I am overjoyed and so excited to use during my next party. Don't hesitate to purchases these, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve looked for a long time for a good plate warmer, and am pleased with this one. It takes me a long time to eat a meal (medical reasons) so it was frustrating to always have cold food. This warming tray works great, so here are my pros and cons for it: PROS: -It heats up FAST. Even if I forget to plug it in when I go into the kitchen to prepare a plate of food, no problem. It will heat up before anything cools off when I come back. -Has a choice of HIGH or MED heat. And when it says High, think HOT! Enough to be careful. NOT to use around children, that hot. But it will keep a dish of food hot for an hour, no problem. I usually start on HIGH just to get it up to temp, and flip the easy toggle switch to MED to maintain. -Not too overly large, even though it’s a double. I wish they had a choice of only one, but it’s smaller than everything else even at this size. -After it cools off a bit when done, you can FOLD it in half to tuck it aside, taking up less room. CONS: -The top of the warming tray is too SLICK. It is too easy for a plate, bowl or dish to be bumped and slide off. Dangerous enough that I recommend NEVER to allow children to use this. Serve them yourself, but do not let them reach and try to serve themselves. Seriously, it can keep things extremely HOT and they could too easily pull a dish of simmering food onto themselves. It would be great if they could make a slight texture on the top of the warming tray, so things do not easily move around. -It is so efficient at keeping things hot, that if food is left too long on it (like how long it can take me to eat a plate of food), the food can actually start to dry out. I solved that beautifully by also buying a terrific little “cheese melting dome”. I never use a full size plate any more, so got a small dome that keeps the moisture in. I purchased two of these and they connect together well and provide flexibility in how you set them up. They heat well and can adjust to a low or high setting. They are lightweight and store away easily. Would highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure how effective this “hot plate” would be but I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the prior reviews made me skeptical but I figured I’d try it anyway - especially since my biggest pet peeve at Thanksgiving is not having all the side dishes hot at the same time. I have a small kitchen and work area so this compact 2-plate warmer was perfect. The high level was definitely hot but the low level didn’t do much of anything. I had to strategically place my rectangular serving dishes on each of the “warmers” as they are square and you need to be careful to keep the entire dish warm/hot. Definitely follow the instructions before plugging this in. You want to make sure there’s ample space between where you place this and any other cooking area (stovetop). I was very happy with this overall. It saved my menu since everything was hot at the same time. If I had a larger area I would buy more.

Works brilliant cheap to run even on high we have a combi air fryer microwave and cooking different meals at different settings trying to keep warm the meals is a nightmare we don't want to use the main oven to keep everything warm which cost a fortune especially now the warmer takes about 10 to 15 mins to get to temp we do veg etc and put them in metal or glass containers and keeps everything perfectly hot chips we put onto warmer without cover keeps them nice and hot We are still trying out with different foods would recommend this warmer

I like the design as it folds into my cupboard space well.

This is not comparable for UK plug which was not apparent from the product page. Very disappointed

Arrived next day. Very neat & perfect for a small space. Well made & really efficient - now I can eat off hot plates every day - Hurrah !
