I use this every time I play basketball. I put it on about 10 minutes before I play and rub my hands together for a while because heat activates the stickiness. Gives me a much better grip on the ball, especially when the ball gets dirty from young kids wearing their court shoes outside.

I was using Grrrip (spray) for awhile, but decided to try this out. It's powder form. Sometimes it works for my sweaty hands, sometimes it doesn't work at all and I slide all over the place. I feel like Grrrip is more consistent, but when Mighty Grip actually works, it works well.

This product is awesome. I bought because a friend was using on his fingers to help throw darts. I tried it and had to have some.
