The peanuts were good tasting and fresh. The delivery was on time as expected.

Perfectly roasted, not burned.
Barcelona has the best roasted peanuts of the 5 brands I bought. They’re nicely roasted and not over roasted/burned. They also had the greatest percentage of mild free peanuts. I’ll buy more. Or possibly learn to roast my own (

FANTASTIC SALTED IN SHELL PEANUT... Only Wish It Were More Budget Friendly
I have been on a recent peanut "bender", craving that simple salty, crunchy, peanuty flavor. I was growing tired of locally purchased brands that featured bags filled with empty shells and/or small peanuts with that over-roasted "burnt" taste. Yuck! I spied these on Amazon and decided to splurge. THIS BARCELONA brand seems to have their act together. Finally, a bag filled with an offering of BIG light colored peanut shells filled with (dare I say) the best large salted in the shell peanuts I've ever had... and they're packed/processed right here in Baltimore (which UNFORTUNATELY doesn't make them any less expensive for us). Purchase of these is a rare special treat for us due to the cost. While peanut brands purchased from LOCAL RETAIL stores ARE more within our budget, the trade off is definitely TASTE -or- should I say, LACK THEREOF. The local store brands just don't compare to the BARCELONA brand in quality, presentation, size, and overall goodness. Aaaahhh, the sacrifices we make make in life! I definitely recommend the BARCELONA SALTED IN SHELL PEANUTS brand. BIG, TASTY, NOT BURNT... a pleasurable indulgence.

Rancid tasting
Nuts tasted rancid. Gave 1 package to a friend as a gift and he threw it away for the same reason.

Good quality, high price.
Good quality, High priced. Sams club has 5lbs of roasted unsalted peanuts for 6$ These are only good for when Sam's is out of stock. I'd say shop around.

Fresh & light
I find these peanuts to be fresh and on the lighter side in the shell - which I prefer.

To me , these peanuts were not salty enough. Although you do get 2 nice size bags for the price you pay.
