There is a lot to like about this little headset. It has great range (and it notifies you when it goes out of range of the phone with “Connected” and “Disconnected” audio notifications). These notifications, as well as the incoming phone call “ring” are pleasant, but also at a good decibel level so you can hear them in a loud environment without them hurting the ear. This is part of the noise cancelling features, and it works well.The audio quality has good fidelity for both the user and the other caller(s). I can hear well with it, and others say my voice is clear and loud too. Maximum volume level for listening is loud enough and the fidelity is clear enough to hear it in a very busy and very loud room, like the Emergency Department where I work.It sends battery remaining indication via bluetooth to my phone. The charging pack charges the headset quickly and provides several full charges of the headset with one full charge of the case. The battery indicator on the charging case is nice and accurate.It integrates well with iOS (iPhone).There are a couple of negatives. In about 1 out of every 25 calls, my voice will echo on my end and the listener’s end. This is only on outbound calls, and if I disconnect and call back it does not happen again. One other negative is the comfort level. It is super lightweight, so that doesn’t annoy, but the earpiece gets uncomfortable after about 5 or 6 hours, and me ear needs a quick 10-15 minute break. It does not have an “answer incoming call button”, which is probably my biggest dislike about this headset. These are minor gripes, and so I’d give this 5/5 stars, and would recommend.

The overall sound quality and comfort of this headset (G1) are excellent. I am able to wear it all throughout the workday without any of the discomfort sometimes found in other headsets with prolonged use. The headset comes with 3 different earplugs of different sizes so you can choose one that is the best fit. The overall headset feels lighter than its predecessor (G6) and is not as bulky. The sound quality is great. When asked, people whom I spoke to on the headset said my voice came through clearly to them. I use a mechanical keyboard while I work and thankfully the headset does not pick up the sounds of my typing, which was not the case on the previous model.The battery life is great; I can go all day without needing a charge. The headset comes with a charging case that indicates the battery life of the case itself. The headset has two mechanical volume buttons. It also has a multi-function touch button used to power on/off the device, redial, play/pause, use your phone assistant, etc. It took a little bit of time to get used to the sensitivity of the button, but afterward, it feels very natural to use. If you are using a Samsung Android phone, you may find that Bixby is used by default as the phone assistant when bringing it up from the headset. This is due to the phone itself, not the headset, and you can find instructions online to change that default phone behavior.Overall I think this headset is excellent and is a great purchase!

I have purchased at meat more than 10 versions of wireless erabuds iver the yeras. Even this time, i orders another 4 doferent obes for comparisng urposes (thanks amazon for the outstanding costumer sercice and company return policies).Ny primary important selling points are quality calls and sound both ways wile on calls; conforble on eyers weven after using earbud(s) for 8hours + - plase note that wge it coes to pain and unconfort on ears while use, I believ the issue it also, but not only related to, size of my ear canals.Bought this one thinking... lets start from basics, get a "old fashion" look n;ootooth device with an fisically extended microfone for one ears only. Jackpot!! I can use it 8 + hours,of yur ear starts to get a bit disconfortable becasue of the hears hook, kust easely trun parts and use iy ne oposit hear. Sound is excelent. Enaugh surreound sinds cancelling and still have the othet ear on alert to hear your kids and traffic (important things for me - find that actually the noise canceling 2 hear buds versions can muuffle thw estrenal sounds way above what i think it mau be safe if u need to use it on the street, jogging, driving and/orkeeo you ears open for the kids while u work from home).battery and case (stores natery as well) are excelent.Only Con - lost the rubber ear cap and can not fins a replacement anywhere and didnt get answers from seller or manufacturer. Syill use the device ocasionaly while driving if I forget to biring my last, also excelent purchase).Would have given 5 Stars if not for the only "con" described above"

I work in insurance, so a large part of my day is spent on the phone with clients. I was tired of going through the hassle of having to put my phone on speaker and/or hold it up to my ear as most often I need both hands to get my work done. I took to Amazon in search of a low cost blue tooth device that didn’t sacrifice the quality of the phone call. I bought a 20 dollar one that was a no-go. The quality was terrible. I then found this one and received it within two days. With a variety of ear pieces it ensures the right fit for any user. It can be worn on either ear and worn to each users preferred specifications. And with a charging case, the battery life lasts me all day. The buttons allow for me to be hands free from my phone until the conclusion of the call. The quality of sound is great. Well-worth it. Would recommend.

I love that it will connect to more than one device simultaneously! Love it.
