I bruise easily. This works great. Helps the healing, sometimes I start taking it as soon as I hit/knock myself against something. It’s like “oh no, I know that is gonna give me a bruise 🤣”. I take it immediately and the bruise heals much faster. It recommends take 4 and let it melt under your tongue, I begin immediately. It helps stop the bruising

This is an excellent product that I have used for many years. No side effects that I have noticed. Couple it's use with an arnica bruise cream for best effects.

I purchased this to use before a Botox appointment because I ALWAYS bruise and I end up having to make excuses as to why my face is bruised. Not after using this! Holy sugar cookie. Like, NO bruising. A little yellow at day 3 but other than that it was flawless. I started using it 2 days before my appointment. The day of my appointment I took the 5 pellets about 6 times and I also used arnica Montana topical cream. I cannot tell you how happy I am. I’ve tried other versions of this stuff, but the bruise pellets are where it’s at!

Do they REALLY help with bruising?! I think they do. I bruise easily. After extensive oral surgery I had a lot of swelling and bruising. But it cleared up quickly and did not linger for two weeks with yellowish appearance. Be sure to start early if anticipating bruising and use in conjunction with this brand of topical ointment.
