I'm able to drink coffee without gastric flareups. I do make coffee on the weaker side due to newly developed severe GERD. But at least this low acid coffee taste like coffee. So many low acid coffees have no aroma or flavor. This one does! Glad i found it...but hope for a coupon soon!

I had a mild case of c diff which resolved, but post infectious ibs and a burning in my stomach, particularly when I drank coffee or consumed acidic things, plagued me for several months after my infection resolved. This coffee and cold brew coffee, only one cup a day, were the only ones I could tolerate without having burning in my stomach. As a coffee lover I’m glad I didn’t have to give up coffee for several months and had this easily accessible to me. This also tastes good and is organic. I feel this flavor is much better than the bourbon flavor as well as the French roast. I still buy it even though my gut is a lot better because it’s very good coffee and I prefer to still take it easier on my stomach, even though I can tolerate regular coffee without getting any burning now.

I have to agree with the others who stated that Puroast doesn't taste like coffee. I was looking for a low acid coffee and saw that the reviews were mixed on Puroast. I've tried a few other brands but they all suffered from lack of flavor. I decided to take a chance and purchased the Organic House Blend Medium Roast Ground coffee package. Upon opening it I noticed right away it did not have that nice coffee aroma that you would expect. It smelled different. Almost dusty. Not pleasing at all. I brewed a cup and found it to be somewhere between instant coffee crystals and a cheap coffee drip filter you'd get in a roadside motel. It was really bad. So it looks like I'm back in the hunt for a good tasting low acid coffee. Luckily I only ordered the small $14 package since this coffee is non-returnable. If you've never had Puroast before, don't buy any of the expensive packages. Might be a costly mistake. Now I'll have to find another use for my Puroast coffee since I can't drink it and I can't send it back. Maybe dump it in my flower beds?

This coffee is delicious! Its bold and smooth! It warms you up without that burning feeling in your stomach.I will be purchasing this coffee again.

Flavor was ok.

I haven't been able to drink coffee for years because it hurt my stomach. When I purchased this product I did not have high hopes. I have tried several "Low Acid" Coffees. None of them lived up to their hype. I just ended up wasting my money. This coffee is different! I was so happy after I drank my first cup. For the first time in a long time I didn't spend the rest of the day doubled over! This coffee is the real deal and it's healthier! If coffee bothers your tummy, try this you wont be disappointed!

Drank it when I just got off from work and it’s good. Really smooth, unlike other coffee I had before. A little pricy for me but a good alternative to someone sensitive to regular coffee bc of acid.

If you love coffee, but have acid issues, this is the coffee for you! It took a lot of research to find these guys, but it's definitely worth the effort, and the extra cost to be able to comfortably get through several mugs of this wonderful coffee daily. The packet is larger than a conventional ground coffee package, so it does last a month or so at 1 plunger a day. Have repurchased, and will continue to do so. Absolutely brilliant.

Awesome. Loving having coffee again, as I had to stop all other coffees due to the high levels of acid. If anyone is considering this, also consider a cold-brew coffee machine. A colleague has one and it produces beautiful coffee from ordinary coffee, without any stomach problems. The advantage with Puroast is that brews in a few minutes, whereas cold brew takes hours and hours.

Like this coffee. There is an obvious reason for the price. Will definitely buy it again.
