The reason I bought this brand is because of my cardiologist. He recommended me this vitamins. Ive had some in the past that make be burp a lot and have this weird taste but not these they dnt have a bad taste. They are on the big side but Easy to swallow. Another thing i noticed and maybe its due to the type of vitamin that it is but my hair grew longer and looked much fuller and healthier which is a major thing for my super dry wavy hair. I find them good quality so I continue to purchased them when im out. Hope this helps!

Pros- I love that they’re small and easy to swallow, only one pill is a serving Cons-wish the dosage of DHA was a bit higher

These are probably ok for some, but the super round, super hard shape are almost impossible to swallow for me or my husband.

My Dr. ordered Vascepa after viewing my blood work. Insurance wouldn't cover it so I decided to try this product. Four months later, did NOT change diet or exercise regimen. Here's the numbers. Triglycerides 341 down to 257 VLDL "the really bad LDL" 52 to 40 LDL 53 to 41. The numbers speak for themselves! My Dr. had a stunned look on his face when I told him I was taking a supplement from Amazon instead of Vascepa. His response "well it's definitely working, don't stop" It worked well for me, I hope others have a similar result.

No fishy after taste. Although they are not as long as others, they are fatter ! So just has hard to swallow, but I manage.

Thanks to this specific fish oil, I am no longer tortured by the feeling of wanting to gouge out my eyes! Even my opthamologist is impressed with its formulation, as well as the objective improvement of my dry eye condition. I still have to resort to drops from time to time, but, full disclosure, I can only afford to take one capsule a day (instead of two), even though the price point for this quality of fish oil makes Pure Essentials Omega-3 an excellent value. I'm very pleased to have found this product, and expect I'll take it for the rest of my life. MEIN WICHTIGSTER GRUND WARUM ICH BESONDERS DIESES KAUFE: Es wird keine Schweine- oder Rindergelatine verwendet. Also ideal für Leute die religiöse oder andere Gründe haben. Ich verwende die Omega 3 Kapseln schon seit ca. 1-2 Jahren, da ich die meiste Zeit Zuhause bin und generell sehr wenig direktes Sonnenlicht bekomme und Omega-3 sehr essentiell ist. Manchmal für einige Tage oder Wochen nicht aber allgemein fast durchgängig. Zu sagen ich hätte eine spürbare Veränderung bemerkt wäre gelogen. Was ich sagen kann ist das meine Vitamin D3 Werte von mangelhaft zu niedrig-normal gestiegen ist. Ich glaube ich habe auch weniger Knieschmerzen wenn ich es langfristig einnehme. Kann natürlich Placebo sein. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Einnahme von Omega-3 und Vitamin D wissenschaftlich belegt. Also auch wenn man sich jetzt nicht anders fühlt hat es doch eine Wirkung im Körper. 1000 IE ist auch nicht krass überdosiert also perfekt wenn man normale Level haben will. Die Kapseln selbst sind von sehr hoher Qualität. Das Öl ist auch von hoher Qualität. Wenn man es zerbeißt schmeckt es eher nach Zitrone. Die Kapseln stinken auch nicht. Einmal am Tag runterschlucken und die Sache hat sich erledigt. :)

My 17-year-old son takes these each day. Great to have the omega-3 blended with the vitamin D. Easy to swallow, has no side-effects, seems to be effective and a good quality. I have these on repeat for subscribe and save.

I think this product is fake . I took it few days and one day I decided to put the capsules in mouth and desolve it. But the capsules contain liquid with lemon taste but did not felt like fish oil. I have taken several fish oil capsules in past and know how it tastes when we desolve the capsules in mouth. Try it yourself self( if you already bought it)

Si tratta in questo caso di acciughe ovvero pesci di piccola taglia, appartenenti a fasce inferiori della catena alimentare e dalla vita relativamente breve, quindi non soggetti o quantomeno soggetti a percentuali irrilevanti di accumulo di sostanze inquinanti. Questa tracciabilità purtroppo viene garantita solo da una minoranza degli integratori Omega-3 presenti sul mercato, specialmente in questa fascia di prezzo (15€ per 60 capsule). Infine il prodotto è certificato come esente da OGM e conforme alle normative GMP del Regno Unito in quanto paese di produzione, che ne garantiscono gli alti standard produttivi. Globalmente quindi un integratore Omega-3 di qualità sicura e per caratteristiche superiore alla media in questa fascia di prezzo.
