This an excellent product. We have recently had an extension built and overlooked the new side door glass. This has done the trick and increased our privacy. Easy to apply and looks absolutely original.

** Update: 16th Feb 2025 - We liked the effect of this window film so much, we purchased another size for a dining room window. This time, the pattern runs vertically. It's VERY effective, while still allowing the sunlight through. Gives us more privacy, hides the bins, AND the glass feels much warmer to the touch. It doesn't look like 'window film', which is a bonus. I've added more photos of this project to show the finished result (part applied to all but one pane to demonstrate exactly how much the pattern visually blocks out). No static this time. Still just as easy to cut to size and apply. Still happy to recommend it! ** Being overlooked by neighbours isn't great, no matter how lovely they are. So, this attractive window film offered an economical solution to restore privacy to an outdoor area near our house. It's easy to cut-to-size and apply. The instructions are clear enough to follow and the film was in place in a matter of 15 minutes (after cleaning the glass first). Apply plenty of water and use a car squeegee to get rid of the bubbles. We found that a dry, soft cloth works just as well too. Due to the size of our window we applied it horizontally, rather than vertically, and it still looks good, lets the light through, and does exactly what we need it to. RESULT! Love this pattern too - thinking of applying it to some other windows inside the house as we had plenty left over from this project. Can't recommend highly enough. Just beware of the static electricity it produces, if you don't like that sort of thing :)

Very easy to install and has improved the appearance of the plain window/glass. But if you are thinking this will shield the inside from outside, it does during the day but if lights are on at night, it does not.

Wanted a bit more privacy on bathroom window so actually put it on frosted glass . Perfect , looks good . Very easy to apply . Easy to pull apart .Just wet it , didn't bother adding any washing up liquid. As advised by others, used credit card to smooth it down. My advice would be to make sure no bits of dust on window before applying. Leave about half an inch overlap when cutting to size . Make sure the blade you trim it with when on window is really sharp . Been up a month now and no bubbles , no liftng in the corners etc.

I wanted this to add a bit of privacy to a garage window. I read lots of reviews first and finally took the plunge today. I cleaned the window thoroughly first and then got a bucket and added a couple of drops of WU liquid as stated in the instructions. The reviews had said the wetter the better so I put water on the window and the back of the frosted plastic. I used the peeling tabs easily and applied and then scraped using a car scraper. The edges kept coming away so I tried again several times. It was quite tricky! I wasn’t worried about it being perfect as it was just for the garage, but I was close to pulling it off and throwing it away at one point! I did persevere and ended up sellotaping the top and bottom down which wasn’t ideal but did the job. Time will tell how long it will last but I did not find it easy to use. Might just be been me though as other reviewers don’t seem to have had a problem.

Excellent quality easy to use with straight forward instructions and looks fabulous I love the pattern and allows plenty of light in but with the added privacy with the frosted effect very highly recommended
