Bought these patches for my lower back, peeling the patch it's not very easy, maybe my fingers are the issue? But having good nails might help, the patches work fine reliving the pain, they get a little hot and uncomfortable, nothing a person in pain can't handle, ...... they do the job.

I have tried many different pain patches and these are definitely my favorite! They work so well on my painful areas and at night I have them all over my body 🤣 I use them on my legs for sciatica pain, my lower back, my shoulders, my neck. Recently I pulled a muscle in my neck and the prescription strength ibuprofen I take isn’t working for this horrible pain, but to my surprise, these patches are the only thing that is giving me relief. They don’t smell bad like the other patches I was using, but they do smell like ginger, so if you don’t like the smell of ginger, these are not for you but you will definitely be missing out on some really great pain relief! There’s just one flaw that I’m surprised that they haven’t fixed. They are difficult to peel off of the paper they are fixated on. They should make them easier to peel because it can get very frustrating, especially when you are in pain !

I have RA and the joins that are more affected during the winter are my knees, I tried everything, from corticosteroids to acupuncture and iv therapy, but those patches are like miracle for me, after used them the inflammation and the pain are gone, but we need to be careful to over used them because of the skin irritation. This is my 3rd year using them.

The product is almost perfect if different sizes can be offered to suite larger areas.

I ordered heat patches. These are just stickers and no heat is given off. Would not recommend
