Berries are great but not packed appropriately for shipping. They were in a soft envelope rather than a box, and when the envelope was crushed the berry box popped partially open, spilling about 1/3 of the contents into the shipping bag.

We enjoy varied ethnic flavors and dishes including Saffron rice with these berries! They are a nice quality and haven't added soy onto the berries which is especially why we purchase these. They are a tasty, healthy addition to whatever you are making them with!

I never knew the berries on the barberry bushes in my back yard were so nutritious! I read an article in my health newsletter that they are packed with antioxidants so I looked for them on Amazon. I was hesitant to order after reading so many bad reviews of the barberries. Some were old, some dried out and some had BUGS! This provider however sells barberries that are tender and fresh and free from mold. They add a delicious "bite" of sourness to my salads. I have already re-ordered and will continue to do so. Highly recommend. This is a quality product!

not bad, but also the best quality and freshness. flavor lacks the usual vibrant sour punch when cooked, noticeable difference from the ones I buy at the store.
