Ok, we love playing games at my house. Mostly with grown adults, enjoying adult beverages. The big problem with playing games with grown adults while drinking is people have zero focus. Three people go on a smoke break and disappear for 30 minutes, one heads to the bathroom and somebody has to go refill their drink.We play this without assigning teams. You just get to brag when you guess correctly. So gameplay is not interrupted by wandering adults. It's the PERFECT party game.It's not heavy on the Uncensored like I expected, but my friends are pretty creative with their explanations, so it could get crude. 5 stars. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard and I was pretty sure the neighbors were going to complain cause we got so rowdy. (A group of 30-50 year olds screaming with laughter...) BUY THIS.And buy a pack of AAA batteries so you don't have to run around stealing them from remotes during the party like I did.

I had the original and it was always a hit, great for at camp around the fire. We wanted the uncensored for so long and when it finally came in stock we snagged it up so quick! This is such a fun time great for any location and very durable. We’ve dropped it so many times while drinking and stuff and still is such good shape! We love playing CatchPhrase during family get togethers, but don't let the "Uncensored" label fool you. This is far from vulgar or adult oriented. Still a fun entry in the game series, but don't expect to have any moments where a player is too embarrassed to describe something or any laugh out loud moments.

So the tick-tock of the timer going as people guess the word you're trying to describe was annoying but thankfully the makers gave you a way to shut that down (hit the button twice and mutes). Anyway just as it says this version has some risque words in it. Nothing that would make you blush playing with your college friends at a party but definitely makes for an interesting and sometimes hilarious game when played with family ( I don't recommend with young kids around). Anyway I was brave and played it with my parents. A Warning, they won't know what a word or phrase means and ask about it and then you have to decide in a split second whether to lie straight faced to your parents or confess you know what a mustache ride means and EXPLAIN IT. Also your parents WILL know some word of phrase you don't and then you'll really question yourself and wonder if you're as cool and hip and LEET or whatever kids are saying these days as you once were. I described a whale tail as the thing that is at the end of a whale. That is not the meaning in the context of the game. Who knew? They did.

This game is fun. Catchphrase is always fun. The only reason I gave this item three stars is because due to the name, I believed that this game would be "uncensored". This game is MAYBE slightly a little bit more risqué than the regular one. While it would likely not be that much fun due to the generational gap, I would feel completely comfortable playing this game with my 85 year old grandparents. There is a curse word every once in a while (we played a full round of every single category and saw one), but by and large I would not consider this game uncensored by any means. I think instead of "Catchphrase Uncensored", a more appropriate name would be "Normal Catchphrase but a boomer trying to blend in at a modern high school came up with the phrases and words presented". Still fun overall but some mild false advertising. Would also be nice if batteries were included and you didn't need a screwdriver to put in said batteries.

My GF's parents were having a Christmas party and this girl had brought the normal catchphrase, I had a blast playing it so I went on amazon to buy one. I saw this on sale for 17.99 and bought it immediately unknowingly I bought the uncensored version. Everything on here is pretty tame but my GF wasn't happy that I described the word Handjob to her dad by reaching under the table and making an up and down motion over a guy's crotch. Her dad also misunderstood circle jerk but other than that great purchase 10/10.

Funny

Can play with a number of people and all ages. Super easy to learn, fast paced and great for competitive people. Super interactive. Although it says uncensored I wouldn't consider it as such as there is very minimal content that any 12 year old + couldn't play/say/hear. I would recommend making an all ages one (this one with the removal of a few phrases) and then creating a true uncensored/adult version.

We bring this game out a lot when over at friends or out camping. We’re a pretty competitive group and always play with large numbers of people and always end up killing our selves of laughter. The game is sturdy as it get tossed a lot and still keeps going. I would def recommend this game to anyone looking for an easy and fun time.

Best game ever. Let’s just say don’t play with your parents or you’ll find yourselves describing reverse cowgirl and G-spot. After every game night with friends they always say they’re going To buy this game themselves cause it’s so fun

One if my favourite games! I do wish we could just buy cartridges for new versions instead of a whole new game as now I have a few and they’re not easy to store (don’t stack).
