Nice convenience compared to dumbbells. I workout more with these bands.
Good quality and features like rotating and pivoting handles. After workout its nice to hang the bands on the door knob rather than having dumbbells that need to have a dedicated space and have to be put away. Same said for starting a workout, oh its to much trouble to get the weights out, well just grab the bands off the doorknob and start. Includes a handy chart of exercises. I want to comment on bad reviews I think are questionable. These are for exercise and shouldn't be compared to dumbbell weights. People say they dont match up with the weight shown on the bands, these are variable resistance depending how far they are stretched when you start. Dont pay much attention to the pounds, just grab the next band if its not enough for your workout. And as for breaking I think people are using these like dumbbells muscle building. Ive been using them for a month before giving a review and I cant imagine breaking one when used as intended... for exercise! I say good value too.

Nice resistance band set
I considered this HPYGN Resistance Bands set for a while, then based on the reviews, decided to pull the trigger. I'm no beginner when it comes to resistance bands, but I'm looking to do rehab, so this sounded like the perfect set for me. As I was rehabbing due to injuries and hospital time, I was happy if the set offered about half the resistance, and that's about what it offers - so figure it will add up to 75 pounds with all the bands in use. These are thinner rubber, so it makes sense they offer lower resistance. I quite like them, and unexpectedly, the handles have just the right amount of padding and are quite comfortable. For those who want to beef things up a bit, you can attach full-sized carabiners to the smallish ones on the end of each band, and from there, you can attach any attachments you might have at home. If you want to stretch your bands extremely, you might want to get a thicker set of bands, as the thinner material could tear on a long, long stretch. I have never abused any of my bands, so this wasn't an issue. \ There was one downside I ran into. The door anchor fabric is too thick to use with most of our doors. I've used several brands of door anchors successfully with our doors, so the space between the door and the door jam isn't unusually thin. That being said, I have several door anchors that I can use, but if you don't, it's something to consider. This is a great set of resistance bands - good for beginners, rehabbers or anyone for whom 75 pounds total is enough of a workout. There's enough attachments to give a great workout for pretty much any body parts. Btw, I do want to mention that my set of bands had virtually no smells of any kind - a win. You might want to consider the door anchor (read paragraph above), but otherwise this is a decent set. And for the price I paid, which was under $20, I couldn't be happier.

Good starter resistance bands
These are great and the connector for the door works fairly well. I love the bag it comes in which makes it easy to store after each use. Gives you a great range of motion and plenty of workouts to do with them.

These Resistance Bands Accidentally Turned My Bowflex Into a Science Experiment (In a Good Way)
I’ve been using these resistance bands both on their own and alongside my Bowflex, and they integrate surprisingly well. The bands add extra tension at the top of movements where machines and weights usually feel easier, which made familiar exercises noticeably more challenging. The set includes multiple resistance levels, handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor. Everything feels sturdy, and the clips and bands haven’t shown any signs of wear so far. The bands stretch smoothly and don’t have that “about to snap” feeling some cheaper sets do. They’re also easy to store and travel with, which makes them useful for quick workouts or mobility work on rest days. If I had one nitpick, the carry bag is a bit small once everything is inside — not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a practical, well-made set, especially if you want more resistance options without adding bulky equipment.

would definitely purchase again great pricing very effective workout
really like these make rehab very easy attached a 2x4 to wall with some beaners to lock into the straps and seems to work wonderful for getting a resistance workout easier option then going to rehab you can do it at home hoping that the rubber tubes last a while. love the ankle bands and the handles great price good value and like the fact that it comes with an exercise list to pinpoint what areas you work out for a full range of motion workout. easy and comfortable to use the way we have it installed

Well-made, at a good price
These seem sturdier than another set I previously purchased. Some of the bands in that set failed. The connectors on this set seem better designed and less likely to fail. I also appreciate the 50-pound band, which many other sets lack.

Don't listen to naysayers who don't know how to use it....
Good quality. Good resistance. Got a great workout in and really feeling it next day. Great tool in the workout arsenal. I saw a review or two complaining about the bands not being resistant enough because they stretched them in a. Straight line and the scale didn't read what the weight equivalent is supposed to be. These aren't meant to be stretched straight. They are meant to be used in tandem from the center point, combined with adjusted distance and body posture to manage tension. Very happy with it.

Handles are plastic, door anchor is fine, bands seems mediocre and resistance not as advertised.
Revising this after having them in person for a week (i haven't really used them because they feel flimsy). honestly they seem noob friendly but for experienced lifters i'd look elsewhere. they feel like they're gonna snap after minimal use and I personally don't want to risk it. I give it a 3 star rating because they will work for the exercises in the booklet they provide but not much beyond that. speaking of which i give a 3 star rating because they provide a booklet which would be helpful to new lifters. The resistance doesn't seem to match the tag or description. I can't in good faith recommend these!
