Birthday gift for my grandson. I think it will be fun for him but everything was scattered around in the box when I opened it. Packaging needs to be better.

Update: dropping to 1 star because once we tried to use the kit, we couldn’t even get through the set of experiments. The baking soda was solid, the pea powder was like a rock, the citric acid was also a big chunk and try as I might to smoosh it up it still wouldn’t mix in with the water well. That’s as far as we have gotten so far because it was all so frustrating and definitely not exciting for the kid. What a shame.I bought this for my granddaughter’s birthday and have had it in a closet for 6 weeks. The birthday has come so I’m finally getting a peek inside and it seems to be used or not packaged well in the first place. Things have leaked so there are liquid spots, spots of orange and yellow colors on various parts of the equipment and discoloration on the papers needed for an experiment. There is no stirrer. I’m disappointed in the presentation and the security of each item. I wish I had inspected it when it first arrived so I could return it but I assumed it would be perfect. We will do some of the experiments and hope there is enough of everything to make them a success.

My grandson has recently gotten very interested in science and he is loving these experiment kits. this is our 2nd one, and he wants more. Everything in the kit is labeled and easy to use. Perfect for my 8 year old grandson. Good quality tools to use for experiements
