An Ok laser with horrible software - but came a day early!
So I received my laser a day earlier than expected, which was nice. Assembly was super easy to do and had it up in less than 15 mins.The software is horrible and there is very little information to be found on how to exactly use it. Sure, there is information in the instruction manual on how to do basic stuff, and it seems to work. But if you ever have a question on how to do something or change something..good luck finding out. Most of the App beyond the main screen is in chinese. I am still trying to figure out how to resize the printing area - it seems stuck at 3.5 in X 2.00 in for some reason.As for the actual engraving - I was able to put some text on a card and transfer an image onto a card and it looked pretty good. Just not sure its $1300 good yet.I may return it and try to find another product with better online help and software.
