Can this be used for all gel polish or only for gel stickers?

Can this remove gel nails using peel off base gel?

It does a great job removing nails strips that are semi cured under a blue light. Apply, wait 45 seconds and use an orange stick to get under and GENTLY lift up the nail strip. I apply an extra drop once the orange stick gets under the nail strip. Use 70% alcohol to clean the nail after the stip is off.
