How/Where should I store my Weber pellets?

It is important to make sure that you use “fresh” pellets as older pellets may have absorbed moisture, which can cause issues with flow and grill performance.

What is the consumption rate for Weber pellets?

It all depends on temperature, at higher temperatures (230-315C) the Weber grills use 1.5-2 kg per hour. When smoking for long periods of time at low temperatures (95-150C), the Weber grills use 0.5-1 kg per hour.
