Great product! My skin looks less dull and healthier than it was. Not sure if its actually helping with elasticity, but at least with texture it is. Also my nails are growing so fast its crazy! I cannot tell it is strengthening them cause they still break, but they are growing for sure. Also I have pretty long hair, very hard to take care of, this amount of collagen is the perfect food for my hair to keep it growing healthy and longer! My only complaint is that the pills are a bit to large, and also taking 3 a day feels like a lot. Specially for the price, you would expect they last about 2 months, but for just 1 its for sure expensive.

My doctor tells me it takes months for you to notice changes from taking collagen, but that it's super good for my joints having RA. So I tried these. I finished my first bottle. I can't say I noticed anything specifically improved from these but my skin does look great and my finger joints are less swollen (but I also changed some other things this month). One huge benefit of these is the ease of just taking pills. A lot of collagen requires you to mix it with liquid which can be annoying. The price is a little high, but the convenience is a definite plus. No weird taste or anything. Easy to swallow.

I am waiting for a more effective evaluation! After use, I noticed the fast growth of my nails and my skin became less dry than before a little bit. Highly recommend this, the only setback is you gotta take 3 pills/day.

The bottle says to get the best results, use for 90 days but it is a 30 day supply provided in this bottle. This review is after 30 days so I didn’t get best results but then again, it didn’t say I'd not get any results in 30. I got no beneficial results. My skin, nails and hair all seem the same. During the time I took this, my remnant from an athletic past osteoarthritis did seem worse but I can’t attribute that to this supplement – still I thought I’d mention it because it may be an issue. In sum, no improvement and an unknown amount of contribution to some joint stiffness end up as a discouraging result.

I've been using collagen supplements for my skin for several years now. They absolutely do work, but it takes about six months to a year to see results. My skin is really smooth and supple now. I have great nails and hair too. These capsules are easy to swallow. This is bovine collagen, while I usually prefer collagen from multiple sources. Made in the USA in an FDA-approved facility, which is important to me. This bottle is a one month supply, so they're a bit on the pricey side.

I got these because I was looking for a type 1 and 3 source of collagen and with this being bovine (which is primarily type 1 and 3) this works perfectly. I take a few more sources of collagen but in regards to this,,, type 1 and 3 is extremely beneficial to your skin ( as well as your hair and nails). After we are about 20 years old we slowly makes less and less collagen. By the time we are 40 its a substantial amount. And what this does is cause wrinkles and dull looking skin as well as weak hair that falls out. Thankfully we can use collagen supplements to offset this problem. However the 2 biggies here is number 1 you need minimally 10 grams a day. That's a reason many use powdered collagen or a pre mixed liquid collagen. So by taking two of these that's 1 gram. I use two other brands (different types/sources of collagen) to do the same giving me 3 grams total. Then at night all I need is 7 grams which is easy with my premixed collagen drink (one gulp). The second biggie is without enough vitamin C in your diet you are wasting your time and money as collagen can not be utilized without it. I am on a low carb diet and its difficult for me to get enough vitamin c so I use vitamin C supplements to offset that. Truth be told this is a very slow process. Very slow. But consider how many decades it took for there to be a need or a preventative ! And too you are replacing rather than deleting. I think its fair to say after a year of use you notice a difference and each year there after gets better. For faster results consider oral HA supplements as they work synergistically together with collagen. Do not waste your time with topical HA ( or collagen) as they do not penetrate enough for collagen formation. I recommend this brand for your bovine type 1 and 3 collagen for many reasons. First and foremost it's made in the USA which reduces chances of toxins and heavy metals. It has the GMP stamp ( good manufacturing practice). Its made in a registered FDA facility. Just 2 caps gives you 1 gram of collagen and there are 90 caps in this. The caps are easy to take and I had no sides. So all the check marks crossed and better looking skin to come. I am just giving this the benefit of the doubt. I take collagen for the so called skin, nail and hair benefits. I don’t notice a big difference but I know this may take months to see the effect. First, it doesn’t have any adverse effect which is good. My skin and nails are not bad through the years (I am in my fifties) and so it may be helping. It is just too hard to differentiate what a real world benefit against placebo effect with this kind of products.
