Perfect size and well built. Wheels are really smooth. For the price it's pretty good.It did come with a dent in the front, but I'm sure the seller would have fixed or replaced it no problem. Amazon offered a discount which I gladly took and I'll bang out the dent myself. Very happy with the customer support.The rack will come mounted on a pallet relative to its size, so make sure you have the tools to rachet it off the pallet. With that said, you might have to do that so it can fit through a normal door so it doesn't sit outside.

this rack arrived by freight and the driver was kind enough to help me move it on to my deck so I could remove it from the pallet. I was able to condense my full 48u rack down into the 18u rack which made things much cleaner and I am able to move it around the room if needed. I added some top fans and a AC infinity controller to help draw some hot air out. I highly recommend this cabinet. At 30 inches deep it wont fit my Dell R610 with the rear door attached since the server is 31 and a half inches deep, Not a deal breaker but I didn't properly measure everything I had.

This unit is worth the price tag. It came in perfect condition, bolted to a pallet. It feels well made and I am satisfied with the purchase.

Overall impressed with this rack. Lots of ventilation which in my case is a good thing; I can exhaust heat out the *sides* of this rack - allowing me to front-load and back-load the rack.Bottom I have a Cyberpower 2U UPS + 2U extension battery in the front; back I have rack mount PDUs; for example. Supermicro 2U server above that, open space for expansion (additional SuperMicro boxes, eventually) then in front I have a shelf for small bits, a 2U drawer tops it off; in the back I have switching.Of note, I had to move the vertical rails to get things to fit. The server was the last item to arrive, and while I knew it'd fit in the rack, as luck would have it, I went to snap in the rails for it and I missed by less than 1/2"; thankfully I was able to loosen the cage nuts using a ratchet, U-Joint, extensions, and a screw-bit and slide them enough to make room and tighten them back down, but was able to move it without having to dismount a LOT of other stuff, and get the server mounted.As for shipping, this rack came assembled bolted to a pallet; arrived in great shape by freight. As this is sitting in a bedroom closet (home lab), I have this sitting on hockey pucks using the support feet. It *might* roll with it loaded, but probably the casters will probably fail with that much weight in it already. Nothing against the casters; it's more the carpet and pad that'll eat the casters; on a server-room tile floor it'd probably roll just fine.

This thing is big, sturdy, and I have every confidence that I could fill it with UPS and it would take it.But it's big and heavy. Make a plan in advance! If you don't have to move it over any steps, you'll be happier for it.It is very adjustable and running my homelab very happily.

This rack arrived assembled. All I needed to do is configure it for the servers to be installed in it. The rack is bolted down to a wood pallet for shipping. It arrived in perfect condition.
