K2 and D3 are BFFs for supplements
I was told that when taking vitamin D3 you should also take potassium as it aids in better absorption in the body. I take various supplements for menopause and two of those are D3 along with K2. These have helped me feel more like myself than I have in a long time. They have helped my mood and made a huge difference.
