Can these spray bottles be use for olive oil or vinegar?

I think for either substance.I have used carrier oils and essential oils and they worked fine.but you'd better diluted,will not clog the spray.

Does this come with a funnel?

Yes it does. I ordered mine in Feb 2020 and it came with a funnel and 3 different pipettes! Everything you need to transfer any liquid!

Where are these glass bottles made?

I bought them not because of where they were made, but because its serves the purpose that I need them to sue for...

How do I refill these?

Funnels or Droppers convenient fast refill. The new package contains these.
