Q: Are these the same size as a regular Reese cup candy ?

No, they’re the size of the cup you would get from a box of chocolates

Q: Can these be used in an oven?

Patty, I conferred with my wife and she thinks they can be put in the oven like a cupcake paper cup can. We use them to make peanut butter cups but we do not put them in the oven. They are not waxed so I think it would be OK. Good luck!

Q: Can i use them to make mini cupcakes?

I have only used them for chocolates, but I don't see why you couldn't make cupcakes in them.
