Really. Good. Chocolate.
Its such a fine texture it comes out in clouds if your hand shakes the spoon, or the bag tips. That's not wonderful. BUT THE TASTE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Best chocolate flavor I've tasted in a while. Kind of pricey but so delicious. I put it in my coffee cup with a little Swerve then let the Keurig add coffee, and stir it up with milk.

Excellent product but there are better prices across the web
Love this cocoa. It's high quality, not as quite good as Valhorna, but for the price differential, I'd say it's equivalent. Makes rich dark cocoa, and works great for baking. fyi it's not cheapest on Amazon, though, Costco has a cheaper price.
