Men! If you have chafing downstairs and in the groin, this product is SO AMAZING. It seems to calm everything down and disinfect the area. AND it does it fast. Personally, I was on the road to healing within 24 hours. Awesome stuff. I am using it on other wounds too. I bought a second bottle to keep on hand.

This stuff is the best. I’ve used it to clear up some skin irritation, and to heal all of the piercings I’ve gotten. It’s gentle enough where I’m comfortable using it frequently, but it’s still effective.

Great for what it says it’s for. Added benefit is that it really is very effective at relieving itching associated with rashes and other skin irritations associated with rashes.

I'm so grateful I found this stuff! I purchased it primarily for my daughter, who has recurring cellulitis on one leg and who recently hurt herself, causing a wound on the back of her head. We've used it extensively on the head wound, which is draining and requires regular cleaning and fresh bandages. It is amazing! She hasn't complained about it once, and doesn't try to avoid treatments. It has no odor to speak of and is very easy to use. I really like that it's a spray rather than a pour-and-dab or a salve of some sort. I only have to touch the wound when cleaning it, and then, just barely. I can see improvement every time I change her bandage, which is awesome. I think SkinSmart has played a major part in keeping my daughter out of the hospital.As for results, the cellulitis on her leg is actually healing! This is almost a miracle, because my daughter is special needs and keeping her hands off of it is interesting, to say the least, especially when the itching that naturally comes with healing starts. I spray a little SkinSmart on it and let it air dry and it soothes her skin.
