the material on the fabric is like workout pants fabric which I like but the down ...

I wear a size 4 and I bought a middle it ture out it's a little big on me so im returning it to get a size small, the material on the fabric is like workout pants fabric which I like but the down side is it's to long on me I'm only 5" which I know I will have to tailor it myself.
