Core Sliders. Dual Sided Use on Carpet or Hardwood Floors. Abdominal Exercise Equipment

As someone that needs a low-impact workout that actually WORKS, my new pink Synergee Gliding Discs are the answer! I don't have a gym membership, but for the price of these amazing discs, I felt I had nothing to lose! I have a crushed vertebrae in my lower back, as well as a herniated disc in my upper back from an accident; I also needed double hip surgery 3 years ago and will need a full hip replacements at some point in the next few years. Whew! 😥 I am definitely not overweight, however, I did have 3 children (my kids are still rather young), so I can definitely use some toning! There are several different exercises you can do with these great little discs. I get a nice workout for my abs, buns, and inner thighs, which is where I feel the need for the most "help". I've used these discs on my hardwood floors, laminate flooring, as well as several low pile area rugs, and they work beautifully on all of the surfaces I've mentioned. I haven't tried the discs on higher pile ("fluffier') carpet or stone/ceramic flooring, but can see how those types of flooring may give a bit more resistance, amounting to a tougher workout. These "wonder discs" most assuredly work out the areas I feel need more toning, while still being gentle on the areas I've had injuries/surgery. The size of these discs as well as being as lightweight as they are make them very convenient for traveling- they barely take up any room at all! I can even stash them in my handbag if I needed to! What other exercise equipment can you say that about? 😄 If you're a busy mom (or dad!) like me, or travel a lot for work or pleasure but still want to stay on an exercise regimen, these discs are the answer! They are my "Holy Grail" of exercise equipment. My only regret is not knowing about them/buying them sooner!

I recently received the Synergee Sliders and have to say that they are a wonderful addition to my workout program. I use these during my ab work and can definitely feel it in my abs, legs, obliques, and arms during and after use. I don't have any issues with my feet sliding off of the discs, however, I did realize you have to use the correct foot placement in order for them to slide correctly. The first time I used them I placed my feet at the edge of the disk instead of closer to the middle which caused the discs to dig into the carpet instead of gliding on the carpet. After I adjusted my foot placement they worked great! I have had these now for about a month and incorporate them into my workouts several times a week! They are a lot of fun to use and much easier than using paper plates!!

I ordered these core sliders to help with the Mountain Climber exercise after I sprained my ankle. I thought these would allow me to continue doing the exercise, with less impact on my weak ankle. (I decided this on my own, not based on any actual facts or research. The product does not claim to help with messed up ankles and what not) That being said, they worked perfectly for what I wanted! They glide easily on both my wood floors and my carpet. Also, the sliders really help focus the workout onto my core by helping me keep my form throughout. I really hate doing mountain climbers, but these make them easier without taking away the benefits of the exercise. The sliders also come with a great instructional sheet showing pictures of how to do different exercises using them. That was a nice bonus for me because I like trying new exercises outside my regular routine. I've tried a couple of the exercises shown and they are good, effective moves. The only thing I wish would have also been included on the instruction sheet was more info on the "dual sided-ness"- just which side should be used on wood floors and which side in carpet. I didn't take away a star for this because I do realize that I should have known that on my own. I figured it out pretty quickly. (The hard side will scratch your wood floors. Use the other side down on wood. I know, I shouldn't have needed instructions for that.) Overall these are perfect for what they are supposed to do.

Definitely a simple but EFFECTIVE product. I originally had my doubts, but did a simple set of mountain climbers as soon as I received them and instantly felt the additional work in my core that I don't when doing the move with out them. They worked exactly as described and how I would have hoped all while being very affordable. I have had no issues with them scratching my floors or not working as I make sure to not only use the proper side of the disk depending on what surface I am working out on. So long as you can follow the simple directions for use, you won't be disappointed by these. Great product and bonus for the cute color selections. As a heads up, the pink color is almost more of a baby pink as opposed to the darker pink that the photo shows.

I was skeptical of these at first as a fitness trainer. But I gave them a shot and found that I like them for myself and some of my advanced students. I don't incorporate them into every routine for a few reasons. 1. Depending on the floor you have in your home or fitness studio/gym, they can really scuff it up. 2. If you don't have enough core strength, don't use these yet. Build up your strength before you add equipment. I prefer my students to perfect their planks before they add sliders so they can hold the position effectively and safely. Once you make progress in your plank, lunge, etc...then go ahead and add these to your exercise routine. 3. Some people don't have great balance or coordination. With some students in my classes, I worry that they would slip or fall and injure themselves because they couldn't maintain their balance, alignment, or a leg or arm flew out from under them. Otherwise, if your fit and healthy and know how to perform your exercises correctly, then go ahead and add these. You'll certainly feel the difference as you increase the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises and range of mobility.

Tiene una gran calidad. ¡Y están grandotes! Soy muy barrigón y muy alto (140 kg, 1.91 m) por lo que hacer ejercicio me puede lastimar espalda y rodillas. Por eso lo compré. Me va a permitir ejercitarme y eliminar la barriga sin riesgo de lesionarme. Los utilicé para "probar" y es muy sencillo, asisten muy bien, y se siente bien concentrado el ejercicio. Una excelente inversión. Ya me toca a mi ser consistente y cambiar mis hábitos para lograr tener buena salud física.
